Job description
Shopware is a leading e-commerce platform that enables businesses worldwide to scale quickly and efficiently in digital commerce. As a future-focused open-source solution, Shopware is already trusted by some of Europe’s largest brands, retailers, and manufacturers across both B2C and B2B.
As a Partner Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic growth of our partner ecosystem across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will acquire new digital agencies, system integrators, and solution partners, develop existing partnerships, and identify new business opportunities together with them.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to develop joint business and go-to-market strategies and drive sustainable pipeline and revenue growth. As the central point of contact for our partners, you will actively represent Shopware within the DACH e-commerce ecosystem.
These are your tasks:
You are responsible for the strategic growth and development of Shopware’s partner ecosystem across the DACH region.
You identify, acquire, and onboard new digital agencies, system integrators, and solution partners.
You develop existing partnerships and work with our partners to unlock new business and growth opportunities.
You own the pipeline development of your partner portfolio and manage joint business plans and performance targets.
Together with Sales and Marketing, you drive go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing activities, and relevant partner events.
You continuously monitor the DACH e-commerce market and competitive landscape, identify new opportunities, and build a strong network of relevant decision-makers.
This is what you’ll bring to the table:
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, Business Development, or a comparable role.
You have a proven track record of building and developing successful partnerships and generating pipeline and business together with partners.
You have a strong understanding of the DACH e-commerce market and ideally an established network of digital agencies, system integrators, or other relevant commerce partners.
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and work independently, proactively, and with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills and are confident engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
This is what we offer you:
Company Culture: Open culture with flat hierarchies, where individual initiative is encouraged.
Employment Contracts: Permanent positions that offer long-term security.
Flexibility: Flexible working hours and options for mobile work and full-remote contracts.
Equipment: Freedom to choose your preferred work hardware.
Onboarding: Well-structured onboarding with support from a personal "buddy."
Work Environment: An inspiring environment with dedicated colleagues and a dynamic community.
Development Opportunities: Diverse opportunities for personal growth and development.
Additional Benefits: Attractive perks such as company pension plans, health programs, and regular team events.
